It was the kid’s fault. He was 13 – old enough to know better. I am glad that the boys’ name has not been released – not to give him any acknowledgement, if it was for TikTok or a dare. Hopefully he & his family got a lifetime ban. I think this boy & all who do these stunts, should also be criminally charged. This needs to stop.
The 13 year old boy should be banned from Disneyland and Disney world. That was very selfish and dangerous to him and those around him, also it puts ride props and animatronics at risk of vandalism. I hope Disney workers have a new rule if you climb out of the ride at anytime without permission, that person should be kicked out of the park and banned immediately for life. When I go to Disneyland or Disney world I will obey park rules and my family members I’m with I don’t want to get in trouble with Disney workers or security.

Stupid is as stupid does. My. Nine year old knows not to exit the ride before it’s done. This is called natural selection and unfortunately we have been protecting people too long that nature decided was not intelligent enough to survive.
If that was the case the parents would have been right there and prevented the incident.
But we should NEVER assume. Everyone is responsible for actions…

They could install safety belts on specific logs if the guardian feels the child would benefit from one.
They could also add a final sign that says, “Stay Seated”, the Adventure is almost over!

The Walt Disney World ride vehicle is totally different. First the DL vehicle is single rider seats with no restraints. The WDW ride vehicle is bench seating allowing up to 3 people to sit across in one row with a lap bar for each row. A much more safe vehicle then the DL vehicle.
Well first of all when u see the ride as you get up to it, u see the ride drop down and for the parent’s or parent and the teen it’s drop down, if don’t realize that then stay out the park’s and off any ride’s. I saw the video early this week and he got off the ride pass the fail safe to stop the ride. Its not Disney fault by looking at the video. I could go on say bad things about parent’s or parent and the teen but not. maybe they need to change safty on that ride of someone was stupid. And should be ban from all Disney property until he 21 yrs old. That everybody to learn how to conduct them self at a Disney Park.
