No, I think they are making a huge mistake. If you pay to visit a park or to stay at a hotel, you should be able to use all forms of transportation, and to visit the different resorts. By not allowing people to enjoy the Halloween and Christmas decorations at resorts removes the joy and magic of the seasons. It will also decrease the ability to enjoy foods from different resorts that don’t require a reservation and to spend money in their gift shops. I understand the reason of limiting from Disney springs, but it’s punishing people that pay to go to the parks also.
No – Disney is trying to create an old world caste system relegating non-Disney resort park visitors to third class status. Non-Disney Resort guests spend a ton of money at Disney Resorts, Disney is just too blind and stupid to understand this. No of more of my money if transportation restrictions are put in place. As far as Disney Springs, it is not just Disney Springs, it is walling off the entire Saratoga Springs Resort area, not at each of the bus stops (which would make sense) but doing it on the cheap and completely blocking access to even walk the grounds so we cannot spend money at the resort restaurants. July 5th I did not spend a dime at the park (just went as cast members guest). Last visit for me.
