As a guest I was overwhelmed at times by the crowded busses. I think some did more than just visit hotels. Some spent the day at pools. I see that some might think it’s greedy but I see it more as protecting the product they charge so much for.
If I’m paying to stay at a Disney Resort, why should I have to wait longer for a bus or a boat just so that locals can use Disney property as their own personal space?
This is simply the first step in monetizing Disney’s transit system. Just like the pre-covid period where a FP+ was needed to access TSMM for a month or so.
Figure Disney’s Magic Carpet+ or whatever they call it. Will cost 25-50 bucks per day per person.
Disney as a company is bleeding money the only part of the company that is making money is “Parks and Experiences” so they are bleeding the parks dry to make up for the losses elsewhere. Examples being the tens of billions wasted on Disney+ and overpaying for sports rights on ESPN not to mention the expensive flop factory that the Studios have become

Disney is getting too greedy. It’s very sad. Now people have to pay to visit resorts and shop. What’s next!!

Better than taking up space in buses such that people actually staying at the resort have to wait longer for.
