I think you have it backwards. When the restrictions were in place you needed a resort reservation or a dining reservation at one of the resorts in order to get on a bus NOT at a Disney Springs restaurant. Having a reservation at a Disney Springs restaurant is not going to get you on a bus to one of the resorts.
