Company D has tons of it that they try to get rid of cheap every year. You would think Disney would take the hint. We have more reason to celebrate our veterans for a month instead of one day. Those are the people that put their life on the line for their country. Celebrating someone’s sexual preferences is just sick. Keep it behind closed doors where it belongs, straight or gay.
So having had a gay brother who I LOVED so much who passed away from AIDS 30 years ago I would still tell him get over yourselves! Nobody needs a month to celebrate who they choose to sleep with. The majority of the country doesn’t care. We need to celebrate Firefighters and First Responders and Veterans and Nurses and Animal Rescuers the list goes on and on….no way should there be an whole month set aside for the alphabet people. Every one should be recognized for who they are and what they contribute to society not their sexuality. Live your authentic life but do it like the rest of us. I’ll give you a day just like the Veterans and Mother’s and Father’s Days..that’s it!
This is Disney’s way of “teaching” your kids about the letter community. All those Grad Night events while all the gay stuff is out in the stores. Unfortunately, all of us who avoid Disney in June are replaced by Gays and Grads. They don’t notice a drop in attendance. Perhaps they should analyze the yearly pass usage to see the drop in June.
