I have always wanted to visit Walt Disney World, but it seems as though with all of the changes that they are doing, by the time I get the chance to visit there will no longer be a park to visit. Rides that I always wanted to go on have been demolished….others have been renamed……why not just terminate the entire park altogether if they are only going to DESTROY everything. Walt himself would be so angered by all of the changes that they have done to the park.
Todays Un-Imagineers are ruing what Walt built one piece at a time in the name of greed. Something Walt Disney was not at all about, he built the parks for families to enjoy together. There is enough property to expand and leave these original attractions in place.
Disney execs just want to fill their wallets and purses, Destroying Walt’s dream one attraction at a time. Crybaby we want our way groups don’t help much. I have been Watching Disney programs, Movies, and going to the parks for over 60+ years, watching it be destroyed by a generation who wants everything handed to them. It was sad that Walt left way to early, hid dreams being destroyed. Money, that what it is all about. If you young punks want to put us TRUE DISNEY FANS down. go ahead, we don’t give a damn about your comments. So go ahead and whine.
I am soooo sad about this! This is one of the last of Walt’s personal creations ( along with Small World). Sure, update scenes, especially the last one which represents current and future times, but totally destroying Walt’s work is ridiculous! The new decision makers at Disney are ruining Walt’s dreams and creations! Cars rides ARE NOT NEEDED in Frontierland either! There is other space to ADD ON to Walt’s visions instead of destroying it!
