What about annual passholders that live in Florida and like to visit the different resorts instead of the parks sometimes? Especially during the holidays to see all the different decorations? Are we expected to have reservations at each location?? I have no problem with this for people coming from Disney Springs who are not paying to use the transportation system. Annual passholders should be exempt from this.
