There is no Cars coming and the Rivers of America is alive and well. It will be there for the 75th in 2046 but no trace of Pixar will be due to the company being broken up. Disney will be stagnating and shrinking back to its 20th century glory.
The whole area is screwed up. You got the bayou in Frontierland along with franken cars! cars in the Frontier, those idiots need to be drug tested, something is really weird in what they are doing. Walt’s dream is being pushed out. It isn’t the happiest Place on Earth anymore.

Cars hasn’t been popular for years. It’s just Disney trying to keep it alive. I don’t even see many toys anymore, except maybe in $1 junk stores.
