This is normal in the cruise industry. Would they have preferred to stay onboard, stranded on the open sea like those Princess cruises with issues? Overflowing toilets? Locked in cabins? Come on.
Come on people. Disney did RIGHT and people still complain.
And NO I NEVER cruised Disney, yet 50 cruise experience.
