Disney’s just trying to promote this because they’re aware that it’s going to flop hard, no one wants to see Temu Maui and it’s too soon and too unnecessary for another remake
No I’m not going to see Moana remake! I’m sick of remakes and learned my lesson way back on the Lion King remake as to how messed up Disney makes them and haven’t seen one since.
Hard pass for me. Dwayne Johnson in that wig was a big cringe moment for a lot of people. Suggest Disney read the comments under the trailer. It’s ratioed. No one wants this.
Waiting until one of the actors or actresses in this movie to open his or her mouth about politics and the ticket sales will get even lower; I mean it is becoming a habit with Disney 🤣
If you read the YouTube comments you’ll see that the audience has gotten pretty tired of him and the whole body suit thing and wing has been a major turn off. Not to mention showing signs of age
I don’t understand why people are sarcastically saying why isn’t LA Moana isn’t a white girl. Never in a billion years would they race swap a black or brown person for a white. It’s always the other way around…because otherwise it would be r@cist 🙄
Also as for the people saying, where’s the color: real nature isn’t always as bright and cheerful looking as paint-like, cartoon colors
I just hope all these people are smart enough to stay away from the theater. If you want to see it out of curiosity or to hate watch, please save your money and wait for streaming to do that
Disney will never learn. I thought the people doing the films and things were imagineers? Make them do their jobs and imagine something, not remake something. Growing up I saw Disney cartoons, movies and stories, also live action movies. Not one of those live action movies were Disney cartoon movies remade. They were all original. That’s because they had people back then that could actually imagine something and make it. All the imagineers Disney has now have no imagination.

Lion King remake had potential but they threw the potential out the window. 🙄

It’s nothing but a soulless cash grab. Thankfully though it’s not going to make a lot of cash, lol.

Can’t Disney find any original content? They used to be the storytellers, now it’s all regurgitated crap.

All I can say is…why did we need this?
Barbara
Nobody asked for it, nobody needs it and nobody wants it. It’s Disney that wants the money off the remake shills

Loved Moana. It will be really good if it follows the original story (unlike Snow White, that tried to combine multiple princesses into one).
