Ok Disney is a Huge Company with lots of actual power like a government. They known for pushing certain agendas. It’s all proved in past situations they were involved in. Having said that if you push the politics aside The park are Amazing
but expensive. So now I’m wondering if/when Disney goes AI on booking. Who’s to say the AI can’t be tweaked by Disney to make sure all bookings maintain a certain profit margin? Skillfully add so things in that the guest may not need or want. But the AI says yes it’s part of your package and can’t be substituted or changed. A “person” even over the phone, can sense the negative tone in a guest’s voice and come up with another idea that would be suitable for the family. That scenario has played out numerous times. The right people in the right places doing the right things. Disney Parks are notorious for that. And it’s a great thing. But AI is truly taking over the way we don’t need to think anymore. Just let the robots do it. Seems to be the direction the world is headed. Yrs it can be a pain booking everything but it has always been worth it. I Love going to Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando.
This is garbage!!! Disney already has this. You can call and arrange a trip through Disney directly now. What he is trying to do is knock more people out of their jobs! An actual person can answer or attempt to answer all questions & are personable. AI can only do what it is programmed for.

Definitely not a good idea. Better be able to talk to an agent and explain what you want and have a real conversation with someone. Explain all your needs and concerns. Most agents have been doing this for years. They know what questions to ask and how to help you get th most for your money. Definitely not a good idea. Replacing humans with AI. IS A HORRIBLE IDEA.
