You know what simple things they could do instead? Put up sun canopies throughout the park, more benches and resting areas, and sell low-cost beverages or just set up drinking stations.

So while this new system sounds Innovative here’s an idea how about they have misting machines more than they do and more shaded walk areas USA shade makes walk areas and Disney has the money and yet they don’t use them
