I freaking love Toy Story but I’m passing hard on this girlboss cash grab because it shouldn’t have happened. Toy Story 4 didn’t need to happen; that was a disgrace. I’m not saying that we should watch Toy Story 5. Even I agree that Toy Story 5 is unnecessary. What I’m saying is that we’re fighting to change Disney for the better by putting an end to every unnecessary sequel and bringing forth original movie ideas. And I plan to make wonderful animated Disney movies that don’t feel like mere cash grabs. So how about you support the new and improved Disney once we’ve made positive changes there?
What in the world in an animated movie about toys would be warned about? Toys breaking? Getting run over? I know Jessie the Yodeling Warrior Queen is gonna lead an army of toys maybe the violence happens when she has a showdown with the tablet.
Well, I grew up with Bugs Bunny, The Roadrunner, Elmer Fudd and his shotgun, Johnny Quest, you get the cartoon picture. That was all violent. I have a terrible week if I accidentally run over a poor squirrel. I don’t think any of those cartons hurt my phycee.
To be fair Toy Story 3 with a particular scene seems to have been what lead to the MPAA getting stricter to the point of there not being as many G rated films these days.
Add this rate there won’t be a single G rated film from Disney in the 2020s, and that a Cars 4 and Monsters Inc. 3 won’t be rated as such. In terms of G rated feature length films altogether that aren’t documentaries, there had only been about 24 of them in the 2010s, about 7 of which were from Disney.
I wonder if there’s going to be an elsagate reference in 5.
