There is yet one more pandemic casualty that remains- the Akershus restaurant at Epcot’s Norway pavilion. When it opened in 1989, it was a wonderful buffet. Once the pandemic hit, it became “family-style,” in which food was brought to your table, thus removing the choice it formerly offered. I dearly want them to restore the original buffet format.
