The same law enforcement monitoring account later reported that several helicopters were hovering above the scene, including a WESH news helicopter and a medical response aircraft.

At this time, no further information about the patient’s condition is available. Their age, gender, and other demographic information are unavailable.
Neither Walt Disney World Resort nor Signia by Hilton Orlando has issued a public statement on this incident.

Public police reports often become available about criminal or delinquent activity on Walt Disney World Resort property. However, law enforcement rarely releases any information about incidents involving private medical information, unless someone tragically loses their life.
If the victim of this near-drowning incident recovers in the hospital, local authorities are unlikely to release any more details. However, the patient may choose to identify themselves publicly.
Inside the Magic will report any major updates on this incident if they become available.
