So your telling me this girl hit this dude hard enough his pin on his jacket flew off 😂 ? Something is fishy here … 🤔
I’m not saying what she did was ok she definitely should be banned but how strong could this lady be to punch this guy and his pin flew across the room lol… And I know the feeling Disney Guest services is hot garbage there been times I wanted to knock the people out cold but I just walk way and say it’s not even worth the time and effort anymore
I have NEVER had a problem with guest services at any disney park……..They go above and beyond to fix a problem . Once they called in a higher upper to try to fix my disney app that wasnt working right. I ended up trying for 2 days and finally got it going, BUT they really tried. If I a m told a refund has to go on the card that the purchase was made on, so be it. Hitting someone is NOT an option or destroying anyones property. Honestly , they do their best.
Oh Crystal sounds like a scam artist. Protocals are put into place for a reason. Hitting should end up in jail. She sounds like a nut no matter what color or frustration drove her to it. The supervisor did everything he could perfectly!!
Obviously she was trying to scam the system and thought violence would help her get what she wanted….after all, it used to work in the past and sometimes still does. Good for Disney for following through with prosecution. Lifetime ban too
Real shame, as more and more people populate the parks, sales filling capacity, these types of issues will continue. Like any major business, WDW has a chain of customer experience beyond the average. In over 50 years of visiting no matter which park or lodging, we as an extended family have always been treated as “cast Members” nothing less. As society loses it’s “grip on life” seems we all suffer, even the “Mouse”.

Lack of pictures mean you all are wrong. If she was what you think she was there would be all kinds of pictures.

Or “protocols” could even be put in place.
Funny the comment box even tries to auto populate that word for me while I am typing!
Maybe Crystal needed the money in hand for another round or two next door at the Raintree.

Sounds like an irrational person. She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Violence is never acceptable!

Just to be clear, not all disney employees are kind and nice. They can be snotty and snippy. They should not have cart blanche with their attitudes.

Her not recognizing the credit card number the ticket was charged to raises a red flag. She wanted cash.
