Great news!!!!!!! The cast members ARE the parks. they can make or break a family’s trip. They could make the difference if the trip is a “one and done”, or the family becomes a Disney family and returns each year. When I became a cast member at the opening of our local Disney store, I took the Traditions class. It was a great insight into why Disney became such a trusted part of family entertainment. Over the years there were many cast members at WDW that made the trips memorable. Maybe if they can make the parks more affordable again, and the cast members graduate Traditions classes once again, more families will become repeat guests again to experience the true Disney Magic.!!!!!!!!

This is all well and good, but to really save the magic, prices need to be lowered, get rid of lightning lane and go back to fast passes, stop nickel and dimeing “guests”. When a day at parks is $300/a person-the magic is gone especially when you have to glued to phone to keep to schedule.

Finally! Employees at Disney have been so rude the last few years! Irritated when something is inconvenient for them. It used to be the nicest most welcoming place ever for everyone.

This is a great idea and I wish Disney and the wonderful Castmembers much success in restoring the magic. Bob Iger should have gone through Traditions 20 years ago, and repeated annually.

This is one update I’m excited about- it’s a great start to bringing back the Magic. Next -PRICES!

This all started right before the COVID shutdown, when Disney laid off hundreds (even THOUSANDS altogether) of wonderful, hardworking & LOYAL cast members (this included Imagineers & animators as well…) and replaced them with a bunch of lazy, woke DEI clowns, complete with rainbow-colored hair, visible tattoos/piercings 😵‍💫 TERRIBLE attitudes, and even some with criminal records to an extent (depending on the severity of their offense/offenses) 🤯 I’m a former DL cast member myself! Ever heard of the famous “Disney Look” for current & incoming cast member hires working at the parks?? That ALL went out the window once corporate brought in that awful HR representative, whose motto for creating “Disney Magic” was pretty much “diversity” & INCLUSION!🤦‍♂️ Thankfully, SHE is no longer working for the company!

I am hoping that this is going to be happening at the resorts too…like Aulani…Just returned from my second time at this fine resort…but had a few problems…the rude man at the car parking area when I asked for the use of the cart to ride across the street as I have difficulties walking distances (something I have used on previous visit). I did complain to management when I did return from across the street…but it still happened and I was still mad and in pain from so much walking. He told me NO and that I was a liar when I said I had used the cart previously…it was said to see this kind of behavior.,..also if the initial pin sets could be provided to the resort so they don’t run out…there are many ways to say no…they need to be taught!!! FYI. we r going back in October…

They need to STOP changing the parks from what they were meant to be; especially DHS. Getting rid of the Great Movie Ride was STUPID! And of course, DESTROYING Splash Mountain.
Oh and GET RID of the new so called FAST Pass program. VERY confusing for older guests. It is one of the MANY reasons I hesitate to return.

I’m sorry, but when I hear people say “House of Mouse”, all I can think of is the cartoon series from the early 2000’s.
