In Saturday afternoon, we were buckled in our seats on the ride. Then cast members told d us the ride malfunctioned. They gave us two LL comps. One for an equal tier ride. The other was just for Soarin. However, we were required to go back out and re-enter the LL. That mad zero sense because we had already been loaded. They should have split us up and walked us over to board the remaining two concourse rides.
