Dumb question, but did none of the people in the party have a cell phone? Any one of them could have called 911.
I would have called 911 immediately and sued Disney and, The Boathouse Restaurant. The fact he was down for almost 30 minutes said he was gone when they got there and Just let the guy pass away. Sad when this happens. Praying for the family 🙏🏻
