Do they have room for everyone on the bus to have seats in Hong Kong? I’m guessing many guests in the U S. would be happy with seatbelt requirements if it guaranteed a place to sit. Standing room only would no longer be a thing. I imagine that would cause much greater wait times for buses during busy times.
