So ridiculous. You also get a wedgie and your back hits going down Summit Plummit. It is obvious that you likely will get a wedgie going down these water slides.
These suits are crazy. What Disney should be sued for, is the current DAS policy.

  2. What type of swimsuit was she wearing?
Maybe she needed more bottom coverage and a different swimsuit. Why weren’t there more complaints if the ride did this?
Maybe she had medical issues to start and they needed money for medical services.

I had worse at Blizzard Beach on Summit Plumit. Didn’t like the way my suit crept up, just moved on and never went on that slide again. Didn’t damage any internal organs, followed use of slide rules. Everything fine. The fact the “injured party” refused to come back for trial says alot. Expected to have Disney roll over and pay to make issue go away. Just wanted a payday with no proof. Didn’t hear anything that her “injuries ” were documented at hospital, just going after deep pockets. Glad bogus suit was dismissed and she should be banned from all Disney water parks for life. And possibly ALL Disney parks and properties for life.
