I don’t know about banking 1B at the Box Office esp if that is literal movie goers vs streaming but I do know people are hungry for more Avengers & Doom more so than Kang IMO. You mention Robert Downey, Jr & he wouldn’t be a typical villain but more of an anti-hero & you’re off to the races. The other critical factors: which Avengers can they get on board? That is going to be KEY. So many rumors of Hemsworth & other key Avengers not returning (their decision). Hemsworth bc health really may not but hopefully in some capacity since Thor is a major draw & he cannot be replaced by another actor. So many other favs. It’s going to be all about that & marketing of course. Then you never know. With Endgame being such a hit & fans counting the days for another big one, if it’s done right, could it surpass Avatar? Why not! It’s Marvel!
