The picture with the circle is between cars 3/4 – unlike other cars that have large resistor banks uses for braking effort, there’s not a lot of electrical in that particular section – the air compressor is in car 4, right side. Plus AC units (2 per car).

It would seem Disney needs to put more effort on maintenance and safety around the parks instead of wokeness and rewriting classics that fail.
