Things are changing for one of Disney’s most controversial theme parks.

Disney’s parks are all worth spending hours in, though some are more jam-packed than others. Magic Kingdom is the most visited of Disney’s four Florida parks, but this doesn’t mean it’s the best. All are great in their own way, which is something true for Disney’s international parks and resorts, too.
Disneyland Paris is especially interesting to look into right now, with large-scale projects happening all around the European resort.
Following the closure of Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland last month, the walkway leading to Walt Disney Studios Park has closed at Disneyland Paris. The BMX stunt show debuted last year, marking a turning point for Walt Disney Studios, which will soon transform in a big way.
With the end of the Alice show, the path leading to the entrance of Walt Disney Studios is closed

Last year, it was revealed that Walt Disney Studios Park would be renamed Disney Adventure World, a name that gives the theme park—and Disneyland Paris in general—more wiggle room to add a wider variety of rides and attractions to its fleet.
Walt Disney Studios was meant to evoke the same classic movie-making aesthetic seen inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park, featuring faux backlots and movie sets.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, originally called Disney MGM Studios, featured real working studios and sets and was meant to compete with Universal Studios Hollywood, which was both a theme park and a production hub. However, Walt Disney Studios in Paris was rarely used as a real working studio; instead, it used this theming simply as a facade most of the time.
Like Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney Studios’ connection to Hollywood and cinema faded as time passed, with select rides and attractions closing or being replaced over the years.
Today, the park is home to attractions like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and locations like Avengers Campus, one of the more divisive expansions to open at the Disney parks recently.
Walt Disney Studios is hardly the only place visitors will see construction, as the entire Disneyland Paris Resort is undergoing one of its most significant and transformative overhauls ever seen.
Disneyland Paris is also building a new ride based on The Lion King. This attraction will mimic Disney’s defunct Splash Mountain log flume adventure, a type of ride never before seen at the resort.
Other upgrades are happening inside Disney Village, Disneyland Paris’ shopping and dining center. Like Disney Springs at Walt Disney World and Downtown Disney at Disneyland, travelers can enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences at Disney Village.
