You would think that when people visit a place like Walt Disney World Resort, they would be on their best behavior. Disney resorts and theme parks are magical places where anything can happen, as long as you have faith, trust, and pixie dust. They are places where kids and kids at heart go to make memories that will last a lifetime. Walt Disney World Resort is known as The Most Magical Place on Earth, for Pete’s sake!
Unfortunately, in recent years, there seems to have been a large spike in guests who decide they can behave however they want. There has been an increase in bad behavior towards cast members and fights between guests.

One of the great things to do at night at Disney World is experience one of the incredible nighttime spectaculars. Guests can enjoy Luminous at EPCOT, Fantasmic! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom.
TikToker bbrookee20 recently visited the Central Florida resort and decided to do some shopping at World of Disney in Disney Springs. Since there are no nighttime spectaculars at Disney Springs, she did not expect to see sparks fly.
Unfortunately, the evening was much more eventful than she anticipated, and not in a good way.

In a video shared on her TikTok page, Brooke filmed a man and a woman fighting at the checkout counter in World of Disney. We do not know what happened before she started filming, as the video starts mid-fight.
From what we can see, a man in a black t-shirt and baseball cap is yelling at a woman in a black shirt while being restrained by multiple people who appear to be a part of his group. Again, we do not know what prompted the fight, but the man can be heard repeatedly yelling “Enough! Enough!” However, the woman responds with “Shut the f*** up.”
A woman who is with the unknown man gestures towards the woman, appearing to tell her to calm down, but the woman in the black t-shirt aggressively hits the woman’s hand. A man in a brown shirt also aims a kick at the woman during the altercation.

To make things worse, a clearly uncomfortable and shocked Disney cast member stands behind the register with her hands in the air. She appears to be trying to calm the incident down, but has given up, as no one is paying attention to her. Commenters on the video felt terrible for the cast member, saying that she was “rebuking that energy” and thinking she does not get paid enough to deal with guests causing a scene.
Disney security is not seen in the video, but Brook did note in her description that “Security took longer than the wait for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.” So, we do not know if the fighting guests were detained by security or escorted out of World of Disney.
Guests who engage in such behavior are typically asked to leave the resort and might even be issued a ban for their bad actions.

Sadly, this was not the only time security had to be called on a Disney World guest in the past few days.
On July 8, a guest was caught illegally flying a drone in EPCOT. Drones are not allowed at the resort, so we don’t know how the guest was able to get the drone past Disney security. And earlier this year, a guest was seen putting their feet into the water on Living With the Land, while another decided it would be a good idea to climb onto the Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom.
What would you have done in this situation if you were the Disney cast member? Do you think guests who engage in that kind of behavior should be banned from the resort? Share your thoughts with us in the comments!
