It really grinds my gears that Disney insists on limiting the lower cost passes to California or Southern California residents. Living in Phoenix I’m closer to Anaheim than people living in the Bay Area and farther north.
We used to buy season passes for our entire family which were sold to Californians as well as those of us in Arizona. What changed?
Ditto on the no blackout dates for inspire. There is a blackout at Christmas time. Also, you have to have a reservation for one of the parks to get the free parking so you can’t park for free and visit Downtown Disney without that park reservation.
I’m not sure where the numbers come from for payout, Mine came today to PayPal and were around $28 each for the top level passes. Who is getting $67?

Inspire Key Holder
Actually, you are incorrect on Inspire Key not having black out dates. We are blacked out the 22nd of December through December 31st.

Thanks for sharing that info. I was going to as well, but you beat me to it. Extremely frustrating to pay all that and still be blocked out, right?!?

Grandmanot
….yet for a Universal Premier Pass there are:
NO “black out” dates
NO such thing as “genie +”
…and best of all:
NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED-EVER!!
Just more dirt on the mound for: Disney R.I.P. 2019…..
