First, it was not Disney’s fault. Obviously a false alarm if they were only out 15 minutes. The ‘off food’ probably was their food prior and should have been trashed and started over. They couldn’t be reseated, as everything was already in place (ticket, server, etc.). They obviously weren’t that bothered by it, if nothing was said at the time. If the server did seem rude, that is not acceptable. Something should have been said about that. But to expect a discount for the alarm? Come on. What if there was a fire….would these people have gone back & paid for what they had already ate or drank?
