This is a joke, he ignored sign saying 300 lbs knowing he was more than that & he says it’s Disney fault? Hope he gets laughed out of court

Hope he gets counter sued for bringing a frivolous lawsuit and his lawyers get dis-barred!!

this guy should be fined & thrown out for wasting the court’s time-unfortunately, the way it works in our courts in the real world is this clown will get a settlement, not because he deserves a dime, but because Disney has money, and Disney’s lawyers will advise them that it would cost them more in court for even one day than to settle and get rid of him.

It is high time people take responsibility for their poor decision making!!!!

is “plus-sided” another word for “fatass”?

fat fat fat… this is to their gay gay gay comments from a few years back… lol

$50k for a permanent injury? Sounds bogus to me, but enjoy your 10 bucks after the lawyers take their share!

I wish I were the judge on this case. I would throw it out in a heartbeat. I’ve been over 300 pounds most of my adult life and am very alert to restrictions on rides. And I follow the RULES! This person clearly doesn’t believe in personal responsibility. Maybe if there were a few less ambulance chasers like Morgan and Morgan out there, Disney wouldn’t have to keep raising ticket prices to cover the cost of bogus lawsuits like these!

I totally agree with you on this. Being a woman that has been plus-sized (not sided) most of my adult life, I also know how to read and follow rules. This guy chose NOT to, and the lawyers that took his case are wasting their time and energy on a frivolous case that they will lose. Makes me sick……. these stupid cases we hear about every week started with that fool who spilled hot coffee from McDonald’s drive thru window on herself 30 years ago. That should’ve been thrown out, because it opened up a HUGE can of worms allowing these cases to go through the court system. Smh……

    2. I would love to be a juror. Wouldn’t go well for him.

And if Disney had told him he was not permitted to ride due to exceeding the weight limit, his suit would be for discrimination. He violated the restriction, the fault is solely his. Take some personal responsibility here man.

Exactly-Disney: step over here friend so that we can weigh you. Guest: That’s weight’cial’ discrimination.

People need to take accountability for their own actions.

    2. Jordan Davidson

What happened here is the idiot’s own fault and stupidity, he was already exceeding the weight limit for the slide.

Another fault of our GREEDY Attorneys in this country. A law needs to be made that states: “Attorney’s will suffer the same fate as their clients after a judgement is made”. This will certainly halt the twisted lies attorneys are noted for in court.

  7. I agree with all the above. Weight restrictions are there for a reason. This clown seems to be too stupid to understand the rules. He’s just looking for ways to make extra cash. Could be a maga clown
