Yes Toy Story was indeed a very interesting and cool PC film. But unfortunately, Disney decided PC films were the way to go, and set up the conveyor belt. Now you can take the set of characters from any PC film and transfer them to any other PC film – they’re basically the same set of CG characters in every single one now.

I had a bad feeling Disney and Pixar were going to foul up the last installment of Toy Story, considering the 4th was unnecessary to make and was already screwed up with the characters facial designs and making the toys look shiny. Revolving the 5th around Jesse just sounds like they’re going to ‘girlboss’ it like they did to Bo Peep in the 4th. The only two movies of Toy Story that are any good are the first two and maybe the third. They’re like my comfort zone and I’ve watched the first two probably 1000 times each.
Frankly I had an idea for a fifth movie years ago but it didn’t involve the same old characters: I had RC in mind to make a comeback but I had brand new characters including a Barbie like pegasus, an expensive robot model intended for collectors only (like a transformers for example). The villain: a Valentine themed stuffed gorilla called Bimbo who headed a group of toys hidden in an abandoned house. The toys were corrupted by Bimbo into being against wanting children. I even started to draw a poster for my idea.
Disney should’ve hired me but I wouldn’t work for that woke company.
No, Rude Rick. My Bimbo is NOT based on Lotso. There’s a great deal of difference. I designed Bimbo, not you so you wouldn’t know. Designing and drawing new characters is a hobby of mine, I even created a new Transformer as well as a He-Man character.
Absolutely, I’m excited for another Toy Story movie! The Toy Story franchise has always done such a beautiful job of blending heart, humor, and meaningful life lessons. Each installment has brought something new and touching to the story, and if Disney and Pixar feel they have more to share with these beloved characters, I’m all for it. As long as the heart and soul of the story are preserved, I say bring on the next adventure!
Toy Story 3 was ok I guess but the 4th was nothing but a cash grab. It has so many flaws it was ridiculous. Obviously the creators of it never watched the first two. The worst of the the 4th being the horribly changed facial design on Andy, Bo Peep, her sheep (and no they never had names) and even Woody.
1. During the flashback featuring when Bo Peep was given away, Bo Peep was NEVER a girlboss that did ‘rescue operations’ with Woody.
2. Notice how closer in age Molly got with Andy.
3. So a guy just stopped at their house in the rain to pick up one box containing one item?
4. It’s unrealistic how Bonnie dumped Woody after practically crying to Andy that she wanted him. It’s obvious it’s not a ‘Id rather play with girl toys thing’, if she can play with Buzz and dinosaurs she can play with a cowboy.
5. The way Bonnie was obsessed with Forky was very silly.
6. Buzz DID NOT have all these silly different recordings in him.
7. Buzz NEVER felt like he needed to consult his ‘inner voice’ recordings to make up his mind. He can think rationally himself.
8. At the end when the toys are saying goodbye, see how shiny they are under the lights of the carnival? Those toys are old like 1900’s and earlier and would not look have a polished, glossy appearance. They didn’t even look that way in the 3rd film. Even the third film had flaws in it such as when they toys were spraying themselves off with hose. You don’t spray electronic toys like Buzz; and stuffed toys like Woody, Jessie and Bullseye would’ve stayed wet for hours but they’re miraculously dry when they get in Andy’s room. I can even say the 2nd seemed odd in the essence that it seemed like they’re making Woody out to be older than the 80’s and have him not be aware of his TV show and connecting characters when in the first movie the other toys like Rex and Mr. Potato Head talked about what company they were from. Buzz knew of Emperor Zurg and Space Command and Mr. Potato Head knew about a Mrs.
That stuff may not mean anything to the shills and sheeple crowd but to me it all spells sloppy writing. The 5th is only going to be sloppier and more dumbed down.
The first two Toy Story movies were great . Very Entertaining and even a bit emotional on how they brought Jessy and Bulzeye into the mix. The third was very dark and even a bit scary with the introduction of Big Baby and the wicked Beat Lotso.. these characters scared my son. Toy Story 4 was not worth the film or time . Just plain old bad. I think an Toy Story 5 is a bad idea. Can they not think of something new? Bugs Life did not have a sequel which was weird. The age of the Toys should not be an issue because there TOYS… They definitely dont age just become a bit worn and kinda of dirty. Good Luck Disney I think you are going to need it this time

These are great characters. As long as they have a positive message for kids and present it in an entertaining way, I say bring them back.
