I was actually kinda disappointed in thinking Disney wasn’t going to remake The Lion King 2. I hate a love/hate relationship with the original remake due to the lack of emotion and souless dialogue and have a lot to say about the Mufasa prequel/sequel including the agenda such as getting people to feel sorry for Taka/Scar and the completely changed up original story about Mufasa and Taka not being blood brothers but I do love the CGI animal action and the music. So frankly I’m looking forward to a Lion King 2 remake as long as they tone down Timon and Pumbaa (I can’t stand their live action characters) and don’t have Kiara coming out a girlboss. She already displayed wanting to be like her father and grandfather when she should want be like her mother or grandmother.
