When incidents such as this happen, even by minors, they should be made to pay restitution. All future pay or government benefits should be garnished until the damage is paid in full.
Their motivation and actions were “I’m special and nothing will happen to me.” I don’t like It’s a Small World but I still wouldn’t want to see it vandalized. It’s going to have to eventually be like other places where if you’re a teen, you’ll have to be with a grown up. That night be nice, actually. So many teens are spoiled brats that the parents don’t really even care what they’re up to. Of course teens in the 90s are probably parents now and are doing the same things with their kids.
I hope that Disney made their parents pay up for the damage? Kids back in the 90’s were alot different then they are today. Kids today seem to be accepting of different cultures and seem to be polite and considerate. In the 90’s most teens were rebels and seem to disrespect private property and adults. I experienced this first hand when I rode my bike to the gym and this one teen ager wanted to use the entire bike rack instead of just one slot. When I asked him to free up the rack he refused and used some pretty foul language. I got off my bike yanked his unlocked bike and three it onto the sidewalk and informed if he ever used langauge like that infront of me again he would feel the pain of my belt. He ran away . Parents need to take control of their brats and stop letting social media raise their kids for them
