I done all the necessary detective work here and I reckon I’ve cracked the case: it never happened. Even if it did, they ‘forgot’ to mention how obnoxious they were being leading up to it.

Did it ever occur to your empty head that it might have indeed happened. Cast members are human and can have a bad day. They should not bring a bad attitude to work at any time. But it can happen. I would have told Disney I wanted an apology from the cast member personally.
As a Cast Member who works attractions at one of the Disney parks, I alway’s get request from guests asking for the first row/seat. I alway’s responded with an absolutely not and threaten to put them in the last row or at the end of the line. Some of the reactions are priceless! Of course, I’m just kidding and will do my best to accommodate them. People these days are way too sensitive and should just stay home!
I wish one of the three Tron cast members I reported a man vaping to, had done something about it. They just shrugged their shoulders and the man was still vaping as he was stood at the gate, waiting to load. I’m sure the fact he was
loud, covered in dubious tattoos and and swearing his head off, had no bearing on the decision to ignore his behaviour.
