I think having a strictly Pixar themed park would be cool. Just keep the woke stuff out.
I also think a resort near Epcot that is themed after the different countries would be amazing.
Perhaps a new park that mirrors Universal but better and target the teens and 20-somethings. Have a Halloween Fright Night and other 21 and up seasonal events at this new park. If Epic cost $8B then spend $16B+ and make it a new world class destination park. There is plenty of land for it in WDW.
