Universal Orlando has the opposite approach on land as an asset. They develop most of what they purchase with great outcomes. A new WDW gate or two would not have a large impact on the total land area. I vote to drop half of the $30B on a new world class park or two in Orlando. The second park built for teens and up water park… frankly, copy and make something better than Volcano Bay.

Disney should leave Frontier Land as it is and use the Cars and Villains as the start of a NEW park.
