I don’t mind a reboot if the plan is to be faithful to the book. The dune reboot worked out very well by splitting it into 2 movies.
That being said, a reboot for the sake of doing a reboot is a generally bad idea
can they ever release a film that is at the most PG13. I remember the times when anybody could go to any movie and not be trampled on by “R” rated content, specifically Profanity and sexual content, and graphic violence. Any remake or series concerning Jurassic Park or Jurassic World should be viewable by all.
Not if you’re trying to be faithful to the books. They are well into R rated territory. Heck the original first film came awful close itself to an R rating.
No, I’m not interested R Rated TV Shows! It gets worse and worse in the future! I will be to do The Railroad Tycoon Experience at some point in the future!
Nah. No plans or even rumors of this happening. Just because HP is dumb enough to do a too-soon reboot nobody I asking for doesn’t mean everyone else should.
I’ve been waiting for a faithful adaptation to the books since Disney first came out with their sickly saccharine version all those years ago. I’ve never liked these movies but absolutely love the books
It will be a shocker to all the jurassic park fans that haven’t read the books.
A surprise for sure but not an unwelcome one
I welcome a reboot as long as it is faithful to the book, there are alot of amazing scenes in the book.

There is no original content. Any story you will ever see in your life is based on an existing plot.

That doesn’t make a reboot. The Magnificent Seven isn’t a “reboot” of the Seven Samurai.

I honestly don’t care, if no one else can make a dinosaur movie correctly I’d say this is all we’ve got.
Krista
Just as long as they do it right this time. No changing the books original plot to make the viewers happy.

Basing it ON the books would be far better idea.
Basing it OFF the books makes no sense at all

I read the book, it was way more violent and more detailed. I’m for a movie that is made faithfully to the book.

A faithful to the book version would be great as the film took serious liberties with the source material.

I just want to see Spielberg’s dream of putting the dinosaurs to destroy San José coming true!

I would love to see a series that’s close to the books. I read both books and was kind of disappointed. They were great movies.
