A vibrant scene with animatronic figures in colorful traditional Mexican attire playing instruments. The background features cultural symbols and decorations, including a large sombrero and sun motif, all illuminated with bright, festive lighting—perfectly capturing the spirit of Disneyland 70th celebrations.

Things to add to IASW to make it better:

    -Disney’s Hercules characters
    -High Expectations Asian Father
    -Shiba Inus
    -Stereotypical Asian parents
    -Psy-Gangnam Style

    Just to name a few.

    (This goes for all parks)

Disneyland’s Small World sounds MUCH BETTER than Disney World’s “white-washed” version.

Africans & Aborigines are the only ones that aren’t shown as white skin tone. Okay. So Polanesians are shown as tan. Same with a couple Asians. Even Indigenous in Americas’ (North & South) sectons have the white skin tone. The last room (just before the “good bye” room) is SUPER-WHITE.

Even Disney Asia’s Small World with Groot.is better than Disney World’s version!

I applaud Disneyland for incorporating their “Princess” IP (and even Coco) into the mix…showing which country those stories take place.

I gave Disney World’s ISAW the 🖕 because I HATE that ride and I was forced to ride it…again (I first rode it in 2006)

I agree! It is really cool to see the addition of characters from films in the rooms for the countries they are based in.
