A large tree silhouette stands against a vibrant orange sunset sky. The sun is low on the horizon to the left, casting a warm glow over the landscape. The silhouettes of smaller trees and foliage are visible around the base of the central tree.

Umm, Animal Kingdom is still a private entity, such a law would not prevent them from banning such items.

Bypass the use of plastic by using biodegradable paper straws if the law passes. I am not sure that private facilities are governed by that law.

It’s a big nothing burger for Disney. Disney isn’t passing any laws for or against it.
The main problem with plastics isn’t the plastic itself. It’s the people, yes the people who just throw their trash all over instead of where it should go. Just getting rid of plastic isn’t going to change the habit. Plus we need more recycling centers and pickup.

They could always use biodegradable plastic made from plants. That’s honestly what I wished they’d do anyway because the paper straws are kinda creepy

How ridiculous! 1st: DeSantis just wants to have his buddies who own these plastic companies to make more money. Nevermind about the ocean & sea life.
2nd: Disney is a company. No longer a town or it’s own city. DeSantis already took that away. As a company, they can create their own rules for people who come there.
