Just my opinion but I don’t feel like any Disney park is worth the expense any longer. Disney is operated by greed mongers and the magic that once thrived within each Disney park is gone.
That’s a real shame that my grandchildren will never experience the the Disney of yesteryears.
My family gave up on Walt’s dream when it became a Woke Nightmare. Never again do we participate in anything the Disney Company offers. IMHO, it all began when Eisner became CEO.
Why can u leave the way is has been for decades. That what the Magic was.We had a disney time share for at least 20 years,Itwas the best time ever.loved it dearly,But by 2015 the magic started to fad more and more,we were soo hurt
that is could happen,we sold our timeshare,in 2016,
to be no more.
You are wrong! The Studios has considerably more for little kids than Epcot. Toy Story Land has enough to keep them occupied for a whole afternoon! Add Star Tours, MuppetVision 3D and Mickey’s Magical Railway and any kid would be quite entertained.
It’s not closing. No Monsters Inc is coming. It’s a hoax and what will be happening is the end of Pixar in the parks due to the Walt Disney Company being broken up under anti monopoly regulations resulting in Pixar being taken away. Disney MGM Studios will return.
What? Toy story land has very little other than one ride, star tours isn’t for little kids and Muppets is being demolished. This is not the year for families with little kids to go to HS.
I will have to agree a little bit with all of you Hollywood Studios does offer quite a bit for little kids Epcot is my favorite but who’s ever idea it was to take Martin Short off the narration of O”Canada was a major mistake Canada far and wide is very dry and boring
Comment on this article. Nothing “evolves,” and nothing has ever “evolved.” Science has always taught us, and still teaches us, by the law of entropy, things are always moving from a state of greater order to greater disorder unless worked upon by an outside agent. And if they are worked upon by an outside agent, they never evolve. They are developed and created.
There was once an incredible man, named Walt Disney, who created Disneyland and the people that he taught and worked with took the lessons that they received from him to build Disney World. That’s why it was such an incredible and one-of-a-kind place. The people who are running it now have no clue and they’re destroying it. I can’t believe they’re taking out Frontierland and Tom Sawyer Island rather than coming up with some creative ideas to update it. And their greed is extremely plain. They’re turning it from Walt Disney World into a Giant toilet that’s flushing Walt Disney World. All of the fans of Disney should get together to buy the Disney company and fire these people immediately.
Well said, and I completely agree. Some things are great because of what they are, and what makes them historic and memorable. But, as you said, about entropy, that seems to apply to our world and society, and though most would agree and are in favor of “elevated” and “elite” upgrading of all things, they are missing the most important, and unique detail, which sets us apart, and that’s the HUMAN experience. Who knows, one day that might be the main attraction, ” The human experience”. Where fools can pay top dollar to enjoy the simple, gifts of what was naturally bestowed upon us and what once, set us apart, the ultimate human experience. Reminiscing, nostalgia, remaking and reliving memories of things places and experiences, shared with people, we live and lived for year to year.
Except Frontierland and Tom Sawyer Island are not being removed, neither does Disney have any right to remove them. I’ll be enjoying them for the 75th in 2046 long after the whole Iger era has been reconned and WDW has been taken back to the 1980s under management that runs on nostalgia, never builds new things anymore, and asks “What would Walt do?” again.
Indont know where you were, but I just left Disney on Sunday, and everything you said was closed was open. Some.of those closure are set to happen later in the year. Fyi
Hollywood has alot for kids. Frozen, toy story land pixar place when its actually open, rumaway railroad, beauty and the beast and they also have the disney junior Area that everybody tends to forget about fot kids. There are characters they can meet and a dance along live show. There is also a star wars thing over there as well where you can meet characters and see props from the movies. Depending on the age there is not as much for them to do at epcot. Epcot has the area with figment and nemo, and remmy, but it is more gear towards adults.
It’s all so over priced now that it just doesn’t make sense to take your family there and there is always Universal Parks that just get better and are better maintained.

To be quite honest I think its alot of different things. One is the DAS situation with the disabled. I notice alot of the news outlets or these sponsored outlets don’t speak on it The DAS changes have effected alot of people. So, alot of them are going to Universal with the quickness. Its expensive but the way you were treated at the parks, the restaurants, Disney Springs have changed. You use to feel like family. Even the merchandise is expensive & you can find better merchandise off property. I was reading an article today & they rather close down the starwars experience. Instead of lowering the price and adding an extra day. They are making into an imagineer lounge…lol. Funny, how the real imagineers we probably would’ve had the Villians Park by now. Probably more Star Wars Rides, every Princess would have a castle & maybe wouldn’t have tore down Disney Quest.
I wouldn’t spend one dime on another family, Disney vacation, as I don’t agree with their political stances and their woke ideology, NEVER AGAIN! Also sold all Disney stock, before it tanked!
ps the last vacation with family was over 12,000 dollars, staying at the penthouse in the contemporary…so its with great sadness that I won’t be showing my other grandchild, Disney! Can’t see how Disney can still stand where it does on kids issues, just shows that you are NEVER TOO BIG TO FAIL!! its just not Disney anymore!

What do you mean “add MuppetVision 3D?” Disney is “SUBTRRACTING” it. Let’s just hope the other two stay.

Part of my job is policing the Disney fandom and expelling people from the fan base. It’s called gate keeping.
