There is no plan to remove the Rivers of America and Disney has no right to. No permits were issued. The Rivers of America are staying and no Cars is ever coming.
Oh joy, MORE concrete and less trees! What a magical addition to Frontierland: Larry the Cable Guy. When I think of the old west, I think of talking, sentient cars.
Make sure we don’t have any negative space that enhances the existing structures, guys! We want guests to feel like they are in a parking lot at their local strip mall at allll times. More logos, less original ideas!
What are they going to do next? Melt down the statue on Main Street USA to turn it into a railing for a new Lightning Lane?
I agree! The people behind this are beyond incompetent. I think they hate america, especially White America, and frontierland looks to them to be too much like white America. Speak of racist! Destroying the work of Walt Disney, that incredible man and whom were so many wonderful things, to replace it with the trash that they’ve been replacing it with, to me seems to be extremely hateful and vindictive. Bob Iger was under direction for years to hire in accordance with DEI, and this is what you get when you hire with such racist motives, under the guise of inclusiveness. You get someone taking over your home and your country, including Disney World, and then excluding you under the lie inclusiveness.
NO! Not happy at all! Why would you destroy a perfectly good land and location to put in attractions for a 20 yr old IP that doesn’t appeal to a large group nor does it fit in the area/Land? No more peaceful walks or boat rides. And what will happen to Liberty Tree Tavern and Country Bears? No cohesiveness with “cars land”. It’s just not right. I may never return to my happy place that was the Magic Kingdom! I already did a trial of no Disney Parks during my trips on my last trip just over a week and a half ago. Next may be staying in DvC resort, and going to Universal parks.
There HAS to be another place they can put the cars instead of destroying Frontierland!
Mom won’t allow me. Too overprotective to let me take public transport alone and thinks driving is a waste of time (I don’t drive and I won’t be getting a license in the future due to personal reasons that’s out of my control.). Also i am not allowed to work from home, either.
Sad people are in charge and want to put their Finger Print on WDW. Destroying the history and loved attractions.
Want to get more attendance, open a park with all removed attractions, World of Motion, Communicores, Life Pavillion, soon Thunder Mountain Railroad, Bugs life, Tom Sayer Island and restaurant.
Sad the agenda has gone.

Woke is Broke
…Walt Disney once said: “Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.”
He also said about his original EPCOT, which applies here as well:
“…EPCOT will always be in a state of becoming.”
He realized that the only constant in life is change, and that his parks would need refurbishment and updating from time to time.
I only hope that the current management remembers Walt’s original purpose for these theme parks: to entertain, to educate, and to enlighten the human condition.
Walt Disney is dead and the idea of Disneyland being completed died along with him. It’s over. There is no imagination left in the world and Disneyland itself was completed in 1995 with Indiana Jones. There is no plan to remove the Rivers. It’s fake and not happening. Disney has no right to remove it. No Villains Land is coming and no Cars is coming. When I take over Disney, the parks will stop changing and become stagnant and survive off their names alone. The parks will be stuck in the 20th century and preserved in amber as national landmarks. Change is not part of my life and will no longer be part of Disney with the parks going backwards and the idea of the parks never being complete going in the dustbin of history to be replaced with “Make Disney Great Again.”
Um…Steve/Anne…your MAGA brain seems to be confused. You stated off stating that they change is better. Than, you continued to state how it will never change — and you mentioned THAT was better. So…which is it?
I liked the river boat ride especially the big boat called Mark Twain and I know a lot of other visitors liked it too so I hope marked Wayne will be around a long time for years to come for new generations of visitors to come and enjoy

It’s the equivalent of Hard Rock destroying the Mirage volcano and lagoon for their guitar in Las Vegas!!!!!

Thunder mountain isn’t going anywhere. They’ve temporarily closed it so they can replace the track.

I don’t care about Cars or Frontier land. I’m just excited about the Villains part!

Walt who? Disney is now about replacing — for the purpose of TONS MORE MONEY! Even if filling every space with IP is a bad decision.
