NH is $3.27 an hour plus tips. Waiters and waitresses up here would love $18 an hour plus tips

It sounds like they need to be speaking to union reps from the Disney employee union and try to get Disney on their side. I’m sort of surprised that pos DeSantis hasn’t attacked these workers. I’d be happy paying a little more if i knew it was actually helping employees and not just profits.

Come on…..you can’t tell me these people don’t get good tips. I bet the servers get more money at the end of the day than other employees in the park. This is BS.

Don’t worry. You’ll be replaced soon enough by a robot then don’t have to worry about your job that you applied for and accepted knowing clearly what the pay rate was.

Simple Solution: Get a job with Disney instead…the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

I’m not sure what handing out flyers to guests is going to do. If guests are harnessed, they are going to quit supporting restaurants and even less money will be going into server pockets

I think everyone is in agreement? Get another job. While your complaining you could be working someplace else making more money now? This is a useless waste of you time!

Someone taking a part time job for $18 an hr with no medical insurance benefit is also probably not wise enough to look into Obamacare which at that income level would qualify them for zero cost health insurance.

Wow, is that what it takes to get a $7 an hour raise? Just think, Bob has already priced almost everyone out of going there for vacations and you want them to fork over more money. I’m not saying you shouldn’t make a living wage, we all should, but give Bob another reason to raise prices. No thanks
