When Disney decided the “song of the South” was too controversial it was the day Disney died. When Disney went “woke” what they don’t realize, because they still get massive crowds, was how many fans they’ve driven away? I proposed to my wife inside the waiting room of Cinderella’s castle restaurant with Cinderella as our witness. Was it magical? I can’t even describe the feeling but I’ll never forget it! Now we don’t even discuss returning because we are so disgusted at what Disney has done to what used to be “the most magical place on earth.”

Disney went from “The Happiest Place on Earth” to “The Crappiest Place on Earth” based on decisions made by Iger, Chepak, Iger, and DeSantis (the latest person RUNNING Disney).

Hey Big Dan didn’t you in another crazy rant on another article here say you were going to Disney in a few weeks. For someone who takes a dump on Disney a lot it’s funny you are going to spend your money there.

Disney has no right to deem Song of the South as controversial. Splash Mountain still lives at WDW and there is no such thing as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The only things on this list that are getting removed in the near future are Philharmagic for the return of the Mickey Mouse Revue and Winnie the Pooh will revert back to Mr. Toad. The Seven Dwarves Mine Train and Little Mermaid will also close for the return of Snow White’s Scary Adventures and 20,000 Leagues.

    1. Country Bear Jamboree
I can see where people would be afraid of kids being stuffed into those bears. Ever since FNAF, people have been afraid of animatronic bears that still have the “old timey” feel. Keep. Replace. It makes no difference.

    2. The Hall of Presidents
“Some guests avoid the attraction altogether due to its political nature”
WHAT?! Presidents are a political thing?! Since when?!
Before 2015, there were Republicans & there were Democrats. There were some other smaller parties, as well. However, 2020 split the Republican in twain. There are TRUE Republicans and there are MAGA. Unfortunately, since MAGA claims to be Republican, it has people against ALL Republicans. Close the Hall of Presidents. Politics shouldn’t get in the way of people enjoying a theme park. Until politics no longer cause cults to attack their fellow neighbors…the people in their community…even their own friends & family (that disagree with them)… Until THEN, the Hall of Presidents would only cause Disney to deteriorate.

    3. Swiss Family Treehouse
“might replace it with something more interactive”
I see the word “might”. While it’s good for exercise, who really wants THAT? Besides, only kids — looking to learn & play — got anything out of it. Keep it or close it. It doesn’t have that much of an impact.

    4. Tomorrowland Speedway
I actually like the idea of turning it into an electric vehicle raceway! Going green with their vehicles is a good way to show that eco-friendly is the way to go!

    5. Kali River Rapids
Just like Splash Mountain, it was only useful during the hotter weathers. Well…Splash Mountain DID have a story (from Africa). Disney will find out why getting rid of both might be problematic during Summer. While Tiana’s Broken Adventure isn’t too much different (although, I’m still confused about that masturbating bunny), the ride had been changed to remove the “splash” at the end. It won’t cool off the guests during summertime.

    6. Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress
Even though it’s how people (from before I was born) thought the future would look, it holds no value with today’s crowd. Unless it involves being glued to your phone screen, no one cares. I watched kids on a playground asking their parents to watch them. Their parents were too busy on their phones to even remember that they HAVE kids. This attraction can be closed. It holds no interest to anyone.

    7. DINOSAUR
Animal Kingdom. Dinosaurs aren’t REAL animals. Just ask any “hard core Bible thumper”! Besides, what’s more “animal” than being chased by a boulder – along a mine cart track –during an archeology expedition?

    8. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
I understand where they’re going with this. However, isn’t it just as easy to UPDATE the ride…making it into the same style as the other “updated” rides?

    9. Astro Orbiter
This one makes sense. It’s just a ride. The access involves other parts that can break down. Unless you’re willing to upkeep the maintenance, it’s better to shut it down.

    10. Mickey’s PhilharMagic
Same as Winnie the Pooh. Updating it seems like a solid choice.

Danny Boy I think you ’tism is flaring up.

  3. We don’t want all those Disney attractions to be removed forever and ever.

  4. While most of these things will not happen for a very long time. I for one could agree all 10 could go and I would not miss them. Old outdated and boring. It is fun to hear the people crying about old attractions being taken away. You remember it from when you were there 20 years ago. Haha! Why aren’t you there supporting it now?
