Sick of Tim Burton’s NBC! No overlay should be a permanent fixture every year. 20+ years! Give Big Thunder a Halloween overlay and give us normal HM! It’s perfect as is for Halloween.
Gotta agree with you as well. The Haunted Mansion as is is better for Halloween than NBC, which feels out of place and somewhat jarring as an overlay. in WDW without the overlay, Haunted Mansion shines for Halloween. If you have to do the overlay, do it after Halloween for Christmas and don’t extend the two Holidays together. Sure it’s the movie plot etc, but it’s just too much at the sacrifice of the HM itself for Halloween.
