Charging people for money making announcements. Making you feel like you are special because you are a member. Is the dumbest thing disney has created. Anything to take people’s money.
As a lifetime Disney fan and long time annual pass holder Disney has never been so close to becoming a thing of the past than they ever have been. If I were to post a picture of my home, inside and out, you would never see a better demonstration of my devotion to Disney. From the Mickey Mouse shaped garden in my front yard to the vintage Grand Floridian Resort wallpaper in my hall bathroom and collection of Disney cookie jars in my kitchen. Disney prices are really putting a damper on the enthusiasm I’ve had for Disney over the last 50+ years. If Disney can turn a person like me just think of what they are doing to an average fan.
Scum no more fun for kids huge ripoff ill pay for ski resort before this abomination shame on all executives. No longer funnest place in world just most expensive with every part more expensive BOYCOT DISNEY. THEY ALSO BOUGHT ESPN AND RUINED THAT TO

Annual Pass Holders we are
saying goodbye to Disney.
I don’t mind paying inflated prices for vacation but when I feel like I’m getting ripped off, that was when I call it quits.
Bye Disney, it was a fun until it wasn’t.
I’m not a D23 member so this doesn’t affect me. I have thought about it but this definitely keeps me from “joining the club”. I am a DVC member but ever since Disney started charging for fast passes, I’ve stopped going to the parks outside of a Halloween party. I’ve drastically cut my Disney spending. Now I’ll go and enjoy time at our resort, going out to dinner and entertaining friends who we invite to stay with us. When we aren’t using our membership, I rent my points and use the money for Non-Disney vacations. My family greatly dislikes what Disney has become. As long as people are willing to pay for premier passes etc, Disney has no reason to reverse course. Therefore, I must!
When we bought our DVC in 2015, it was definitely the happiest trip we’ve spent at WDW! One thing we were sold on is that our vacations would always remain at the 2015 prices. Buy your DVC today and you’ll always pay the same price for your vacations for the next 50 years! Outstanding!. Well, 10 years later, my points keep me in vacations. We paid for it outright, so we don’t have monthly payments. Monthly maintenance fees, we knew we’d have them for 50 years, so, no problem. However, since buying our DVC, everything else has gone up or disappeared. No more Disney transportation to and from the parks. We truly enjoyed and looked forward to the Disney Express. We have to pay for the lighting lane, which used to be a free system to let us skip long lines on 3 attractions. AND THEY ALSO CHARGE EXTRA IF YOU WANT TO LIGHTNING LANE THE MOST POPULAR ATTRACTIONS! Rise of the resistance, Guardians of the Galaxy…etc. Food portions are smaller and more expensive. Disney keeps reducing the magic while rising prices. A Disney vacation is now like a bag of Doritos. The bag is the same, but inflated with less product. My next trip utilizing my DVC points, I’ll be staying on property, but using the Universal Studios shuttle to go back and forth to the Universal Studios theme parks. Thanks Disney for making that decision for me.
