I do agree with one point in the article, in that any seat besides the Pilot is wasted time and pointless. The entire Star Wars thing is a fairly big waste of space IMHO, although it was fun this past summer (2024) when my grandson and I were accosted by two Storm Troopers and placed under “arrest” but eventually were released. At least there is some Character interaction but I think the two attractions are pretty poor, particularly when compared to how Universal integrates screens and projections into their attractions.
I believe this was not a normal break down but rather a medical emergency/death (heart attack…) and they kept that area clear although first responders came in through the back way.

What’s the big deal. All Disney rides break down but usually are fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Don’t make such a big deal about this.
