I agree that fireworks could harm the environment, but SeaWorld is an easy target. They are the Nickelback of theme parks. (Both are awesome, BTW.)
If they feel this way about fireworks, it should be city-wide and go after Disney, Universal, and the city of Orlando, too. Let’s see how that works out for them.
Regardless, SeaWorld should replace fireworks with a Drone Lights Show.
Why can’t Sea world add to their property and aim the fireworks debris to a pond they built or something to catch the debris on their own property so they have a vested interest to clean it up.. why not limit fireworks to a few major holidays too. Personally I think Disney has the best fireworks and I would not got to a water park for fireworks. I agree with above comment to hold all parks accountable. I’m moreso also interested in the dress the fireworks put on the Orcas I’m captivity. The astonishing number of whales in captivity that have died something like 33 of 166 are alive. Blackfish and Beneath the Water has forever convinced me these Orca don’t belong on display in these awful tiny captivity situations on connection with other whales they have no familial relation no common language and no room to deal with dominance and self harm.
I go to sea world san diego usually a few days of the year among other parks. When you go to the “best spot” to view the fireworks it’s really loud and potentially harmful to parkgoers since it’s in an area that echos, I also worry about the penguin enclosure that’s right in front of the fireworks. I would be ok if they got rid of the pyrotechnics.

They should do a laser show instead. They are better anyway.
