Disney World To Lose Beloved Cinderella Castle? Here's What Bob Iger Has Planned

Comments for Disney World To Lose Beloved Cinderella Castle? Here’s What Bob Iger Has Planned

The Cinderella castle with blue spires and golden accents stands against a bright blue sky with scattered clouds at the heart of Walt Disney World Resort. The central spire is particularly tall, adorned with a flag at its peak, while a prominent clock greets visitors above the entrance.

Stop with these stupid stories. I wouldn’t doubt that Bob Iger would do something like this.

  2. Overcharged

    Disney greed

has gotten so disgustingly greedy I will not go there again

Not even a person as vile and shallow as Bob Iger would dare remove Cinderella’s Castle from the Magic Kingdom. Surely there would be near-mutiny by the loyal Disney Guests if he were to try it. I doubt that one Imagineer would lift a finger to do it, except for their middle finger, in the general direction of Bob Iger.

Big mistake he and anyone who approves this should be fired NOW !!!

I like Your thinking!! “Not a finger, except the middle one!” But 110% totally agree with you!! He would have to be out his mind to replace the Castle

By removing the castle you remove the identity of Disneyworld or any Disney park. Walt would be turning in his grave at the shear mention of this.

      1. If they can screw up something as iconic as Snow White, they can bulldoze the castle! Stupid!

I wouldn’t put it past Iger to attempt something like this. He is toxic to the Disney brand!

At least he isn’t removing/replacing iconic rides like Splash Mountain. Oh, wait. At least he won’t get rid of iconic areas such as Dino Land USA. Oh, wait. Muppets? Tom Sawyer Island/Rivers of America? Well…there’s always the Hall of Presidents. What? That, TOO, is on his chopping block?!

What is he DOING with Walt Disn…huh? Removed Walt’s name? REALLY?!?

I’ll have to think about this while strolling through Frontier Land. Closed? Um… Hopefully, the doesn’t announce plans to change Main Street USA. Oh

Why did Disney rehire him again?

Then again, why is Snow Woke still threatening us with a release date? I should have guessed. Iger is in charge.

Well… He DID want to leave a legacy. I wouldn’t have guessed that legacy was the downfall & destruction of Disney.

I forgot about Iger raising the cost, removing disability rights (DAS), and charging extra for people to act superior ($450 per person to mock us commoners with).

The “Question of the Castle Removal should be “How soon is Bob Iger Replaced”, never to return!! Which could happen considering how many wonderful money making movies they have made! “NOT”!

      💯%

He would never remove it unless to build upon it

  7. Wouldn’t surprise me he’d remove it. Not sure why the Board thought he could help the company. His price increases and removal of guest perks (free fast passes and Magical Express from airport to name 2) are no better than the one he replaced. He better check his ego and start improving the company. Movie flops, streaming not so great revenue makers. Universal seems to be improving and being Disney’s worse nightmare. Still trying to understand a Cars attraction in Frontierland??? It belongs at the studios. More fitting area for the villianland would be over past the Haunted Mansion. He along with his imagineers have lost their imaginations. Shame Walt’s dream is being abused. Wouldn’t be surprised if it became Iger World in the future.

It’s probably going into public domain soon, anyway. Maybe then it’ll be easier to stay in the ever-elusive castle suite.
