I think I’m officially over Walt Disney World. I used to go every year, but I’m not paying for every single thing in the park!

  2. I’ve been going to Disney after the new Space Mountain was installed and finished. And then I was really enjoying it. Never got a chance to ride the rocket in Space Mountain. Then 2024 December 6th I was getting my first birthday present from my baby sister. In Orlando Florida. And now I’m seeing how am I supposed to enjoy the Disney I remember as a little boy? I want to enjoy. And I finally got a chance to ride the rocket. As many times I’ve been since after 1975. All the way up to 1989. I never got a chance to go back. Because things got bad for the space program for my father. So here we are with Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. What am I supposed to do with it now I’m seeing all that price hikes and bad news and bad guests. I didn’t have a problem when I was there. That was very grateful and very appreciated that I was there. I just wish all this new pricing and all this new stuff that’s making it harder for good people who want to keep that memory. Because psychologically Walt Disney World does help people. But not when people are forced to make other decisions like the Christmas party for Mickey Mouse. 89$ after already paid for the parking and getting gas and going all the way across from the Gulf side to the Atlantic side to get to Walt Disney world. What’s very frustration on traffic. Not like in the old days when you had a shuttle. And it’s now like if you go in and buy the food the food is not available during the Christmas party. They expect you to have some sort of new pass or new ticket to prove to them that you are allowed to stay there Beyond midnight. And these people like me are the veteran Disney’s fans. How am I supposed to relate to this. It’s a lot of loyalty to what Walt had an idea. And what’s going on with Disney now it doesn’t sound like his idea anymore.

So sad. Have been a Disney fan since 1975. My kids had many happy vacations there, ones that we probably wouldn’t have been able to afford at today’s prices. Only way to get CEO’s to get the message that average families can’t or refuse to pay those prices , is to stop going. So sad.

  3. Money grab… Pure and simple. It’s a revenue make/generator for corporate Disney. Very little upside (value or benefit) for the paying guests.👎
