I gave up on them when they thought it was acceptable to give the role of the evil queen, a woman, to a man. I gave up when they race swapped the Little Mermaid, ignoring the history and the heritage of the story. I gave up on them for good when I found out they were happy to finance hormones and surgery for children. I’m not giving another penny to a company that does any of those things. How do you satisfy the public and the investors as well? Cutting salaries of top brass could help, but I think building more parks (I would have built at least three between the other two) with indigenous offerings at each- that would satisfy the demands of the fan-base would have addressed the dilemma. Build the company- keep to the IP’s – offer good value for all- add new IPs with creative new artists- strive for quality and professional development in all areas, and watch the growth of the ideas Walt started.
