Our first trip to WDW in 1978 was to Polynesian. Every time we returned I said when entering the lobby (sure miss the parrots!),
“Now I feel like we’re home!” I’m afraid I’m gonna miss that feeling.
Always loved staying at The Polynesian, felt like home as soon as you walked through those doors! Not anymore… Destroyed the beautiful lobby, destroyed the view on beach with bungalows catered to the rich, did away with The Luau show/dinner & now this!! Done with staying there, the magic is gone!

Can’t wait to see the completed Polynesian Resort. Polynesian was overdue for a renovation and I m sure Disney won’t disappoint.
