Jerk should be killed himself for the crime he shouldn’t have luxury in prison for that whatever happened to an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth the way it should be. I’m sorry but life sentence or sitting on death row shouldn’t be an option for murderers. It should be done right away. Sorry if you don’t agree but that is the major problem with the justice system ever since the 90’s they are just being greedy taking tax payer money to pay for luxuries for those who should have paid for crimes they committed. Now don’t get me wrong I know mistakes happen and need re-evaluated but in this case this Cretan needs put down permanently.

Remember what you said when you stand before The Lord. I suggest u yourself repent of this statement, for no one is perfect, we have all sinned, and Jesus Christ died for our sins. Though it is obvious he is guilty, keep in mind how many innocent people are charged with crimes they are completely innocent of, including murder. The judicial system biggest issue is that they are corrupt, and constantly blame people for crimes they are innocent of, as well as but not limited to full knowingly putting monsters back out on the street.

He should be kept in prison in solitary confinement and not eligible for parole until he repents and is truly remorseful for what he has done. Including but not limited to writing this boy’s family members individual apology letters.

Rachel, I understand your position and agree in sentiment that justice for crimes should never be vengeful in purpose, however.. the Bible, even the New Testament advocates empowering the “authorities” with the sword… not handcuffs and a ruler for knuckle slapping. Death punishment should never be vengeful or repurposed for mild crimes, but it is very Biblical – why should the innocent victims of society pay our money to keep a reprobate in prison comfort when we could more effectively deter such awful crimes with more equal and deterring punishment.

Hang him in front of his family. Thee end.

No jail time for this killer. Put him to death now; today. The Knox family lost their son to a un-caring, insecure boy. Let this killers family feel the same pain of losing a love one. I guarantee you they won’t be laughing.

If he was in America and would have happened in the past few years he would be out already, that’s if they didn’t release him right after the murder

You Brits are too soft, if Bishop had done what he did here in Texas. He’s have been executed by now. First degree murder is a capitol offense, especially if you kill someone who is well known. He’d be regretting the literal hell out of it by now! Oh well, if he doesn’t get a clue by the time he dies, missing a boxing match won’t even make the list of his concerns!

I used to always quote the Scripture that was mentioned… An eye for an eye , a tooth for a tooth, etc. ( Exodus 21:23-27 ) if you read on you’ll see that Jesus says “ Some may say “ An Eye for an Eye , a Tooth for a Tooth, but I say vengeance will be mine sayeth the Lord !”
While I still believe this I also know that in the Book it also talks about what to do to evildoers. ( Basically punishments fitting the crime ). As a Mom & Grandmother I believe crimes like that , especially against Children should be dealt w/ swiftly & also without remorse then when they are dead they will have to face the Almighty ‘s final judgement !!!

The killer is a sociopath. No empathy. No remorse. No consciousness.

He should never see the outside world again, or breathe off of taxpayer money.

Psychos and sociopaths should be put to immediate death upon conviction. 1 $5 bullet. That’s all he’s worth.

He should never be let out of jail ever
